During the twenty-four solar periods, tea is being picked somewhere in China because of its divers weather conditions and weather patterns. The following provinces of China produce one or more green teas: Anhui (10), Northern Fujian (16), Southern Fujian (9), Guangdong (9), Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (3), Guizhou (1), Hainan (1), Henan (1), Hubei (4), Hunan (8), Jiangsu (3), Jiangxi (6), Shaanxi (1), Sichuan (4), Taiwan (5), Yunnan (7), Zhejiant (31). This is only an estimate, and then only of the more famous teas. China actively produces thousands and thousands of teas; how many, exactly, no one knows.
